1. Service Description

Redbeard Validate ("the Service"), operated by Redbeard at validator.redbeard.co.il, provides AI-powered market validation for startups and business ideas.

Users submit a questionnaire describing their startup idea. Upon submission, users receive a free abbreviated validation report via email highlighting key findings. Users may then purchase the full, comprehensive validation report for a one-time fee of $49.99 USD.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service and make purchases. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account & Email Verification

The Service does not require account creation. There are no usernames, passwords, or persistent accounts.

For each submission, users must verify their email address via a one-time password (OTP) sent to the provided email. This verification ensures report delivery to a valid, accessible email address. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to it.

4. Payment Terms

The full validation report is available for a one-time payment of $49.99 USD, processed securely through PayPal. No subscription or recurring charges apply.

The full report is a digital product delivered directly to the email address you verified during the submission process. Delivery is typically completed within minutes of successful payment.

Redbeard reserves the right to modify the price of the Service at any time. Any price changes will apply to purchases made after the change takes effect and will not affect previously completed transactions.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the full validation report has been generated and delivered to the user's email address.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of the generated validation report belongs to the purchasing user. You are free to use, share, and reference the report content for your business purposes.

The Service platform, website design, validation methodology, AI prompts, algorithms, brand assets, logos, and all other proprietary materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Redbeard. No license or right to these materials is granted through the use of the Service or the purchase of a report.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Validation reports are generated using artificial intelligence technology (Google Gemini). The reports are produced algorithmically based on the information you provide and publicly available data.

Reports are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business advice, legal advice, financial advice, or investment advice. The AI-generated insights should be treated as one data point among many in your decision-making process.

Redbeard makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI-generated content. Redbeard is not liable for any business decisions, investments, or actions taken based on the content of any report.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Redbeard's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($49.99 USD).

In no event shall Redbeard, its operators, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, false, misleading, illegal, or harmful content through the questionnaire.
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or other non-human means to submit questionnaires or interact with the Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code, algorithms, AI prompts, or methodology underlying the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service itself without prior written consent from Redbeard.

10. Modifications to These Terms

Redbeard reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for updates. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Israel.
